I found Chris by chance, but glad I did. I found a property online that I liked and called Chris. That property didn't work out, but Chris did. Sometimes with being out of state, realtors would call me for about a week after and if I didn't like what they had in inventory, that was the last that I heard from them. Chris followed up with me continuously for months, learning what was important to me, bringing me deals, walking me through the pros and cons of the property, as well as negotiating.
