Donna Newman is a Broker Associate with Coastal Realty Group and the founder of Donna’s Florida Lifestyle. Licensed in Florida and Georgia, she brings more than 22 years of residential and commercial real estate experience to clients along Florida’s Forgotten Coast.

Donna serves buyers, sellers, and investors in Port St. Joe, Mexico Beach, Cape San Blas, and surrounding communities. Her specialties include coastal luxury homes, relocation, military relocation, and investment real estate. Whether a client is moving to the coast, searching for a second home, or preparing to sell, Donna takes time to understand their goals and guide them through each decision.

Her commitment to professional education includes the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designations, among other specialized credentials. Named REALTOR® of the Year in 2010, Donna has also served in leadership and committee roles within local and state REALTOR® associations.
